Good morning fellow members heavy showers here and I am waiting in hope of a fine spell to hang the washing out.

My son is coming to lunch and I have promised a batch of cakes to take home for the little ones so lots to do.

Usual hospital trip this morning then a bit of shopping then a rest this afternoon.

Good morning all, light sporadic rain here but very mild and chance of it brightening later.

Mrs B is going into town for some retail therapy but thankfully I have to wait in for an expected delivery of gravel for the veg garden paths.

Nurse appt, blood/urine test results, scrip update, probs diabetes check up, weigh in, bp.

Then on to Tescos/Ikea. If I have time late, will pop down to the allotment.

Good morning recovering from yesterday's foot clinic visit where they took me by surprise and dug out all the infected tissue with no anaesthetic ! Sweat broke out on my brow during that procedure but toe feels much better today
