Charles and his sons are supported by revenue from the Duchy of Cornwall, not the civil list, so hopefully the cost to the tax payer will not be great.

I hope the media and the public at large don't put the same intolerable pressures on Kate that they did on Diana.

William has given Kate his mother's diamond and sapphire engagement ring saying it was his way of making sure his mother didn't miss out on today and the excitement.

Diana would have been so proud of him.
