Good morning good folks, been raining overnight but the forecast is OK, the birds are singing and the trees are coming into blossom, all jn all it's looking to be another pleasant early spring day.

buenas dias all. It´s quite grey and overcast here, but warm. Perhaps the promised rain will arrive. Last night it was actually foggy for about an hour, very unusual. I´m somewhat indecisive today, shall I go to the market or not? I should really get the guest room ready for our visitor who arrives on Tuesday, but there´s always tomorrow.

I wonder if Mups´s squirrel loads his gun with nuts? Have a nice day all.

I'm hoping to get out in the garden this morning. I've got some spring planting to do in my pots.
Later we're off for a pub lunch and shopping at Tesco as we never managed to get there yesterday.

Good morning fellow members on a drizzly morning .
I am so angry, some scummy person has tipped a load of waste at the end of the lane on top of the violets and wild daffodils .
It is a mixture of builders rubble/old felt roof and take away left overs. I have reported it online and had a quick look through the lighter stuff for anything with an address or a till receipt. No luck. if they come again and I see them down there I will put a wheely bin across the lane and take a photograph of their number plate .

I am going to make some bread rolls this morning with olives and sun dried tomatoes to help calm me and get my blood pressure back down.

Good morning all rain overnight and more forecast later.

Hoping to get out in the garden later to plant some polyanthus in containers. It's good to see the leaves beginning to appear on the dormant shrubs.

Hi all.

Been busy this morning, planning our routes for Tuesday, and being unwell! I thought I could knock this cold on the head, but it's having none of it.

Meg, that would infuriate me too. Not only the destruction of flora or fauna, or the unsightliness of it, but the fact they think they can just do it!! They do need to be caught and their vehicle crushed. It is a nationwide problem, and one which the authorities have little chance of winning. Feel sorry for the landowners who have to foot the bill for its removal!!

Waiting for some washing to finish, will pop down to allotment to pick up any banking, and do a quick shop in Sainsburys. Tomorrow I hope to stay indoors again, if I can, and get all my stuff together. We have an overnight stay. I want to make sure I have plenty of cough medicine, some lozenges or whatever to suck on while at the funeral (bet my aunt won't want me coughing all the way through), and all that helps to relieve this thing.
