Sadly it could, would be nice to think they are isolated cases but no it could be a regular feature.

Assuming these type of incidents are mistakes, I often wonder if the workmen carrying out the work do it anyway to get back at the 'idiots in the planning dept'. Otherwise, surely a quick phone call would put things right.

I agree dongles, I thought just the same when I saw it on the news this morning. Unbelievable.

The more I hear, the more I realise one thing: that councillors are not there to serve their electorate, but to serve themselves.

Worse still, many of them don't seem to be desperately bright either.

I couldn't agree more not to mention the money that's wasted.
