Good morning all, a frost here at the moment but a pleasant day in prospect weatherwise I think.

Having my clips removed today down at the doctor's surgery which I'm not looking forward to, although on the upside it means I should be able to start showering again by the end of the week.

Good morning all.
I've got an aqua fit class this afternoon which I always enjoy.

This evening we have guests for dinner so I'm going to polish the cutlery in readiness. It's our two grown up grandsons - they're on their own at the moment while their parents are on holiday - oh boy can those young men eat. Charlie will have at least 10 roast potatoes on his dinner and Jason's a meat fiend - he will have at least 6 slices of beef - maybe more...

buenas dias all. A beautiful morning already, the sky is blue, the sun is shining and it isn´t windy. A trip to Iceland with friends this morning and some "odd" jobs to deal with later.

Good morning fellow members a frost start to the day and I am about to stagger out into the garden to do some more work on the new raised beds.

I moved what seemed like a ton of soil yesterday in preparation. I am relocating the beds slightly from the old position to allow for a path behind which I can cover with ground cover fabric and pebbles to combat next doors bamboo .

I am so stiff today I can hardly move but a bit more digging should loosen things up.
