Annoyed or what?

I had a phone call today from a lovely Indian gentleman who worked for Microsoft he told me that I had a virus on my computer, I was shocked! And worried.
So, I said ' I am having a poo right now can you call back?'
He never bloody did! That's very poor service I will write a strongly worded letter of complaint to them.

I thought that was very rude on your part...talking about your ablutions while he was only trying to help!! Could you not have been a little bit more grateful?
