How's that for service.

Monday evening I ordered a DVD from Amazon.

Tuesday afternoon when I was on OFF, I got an email to say my parcel had been put through my letterbox. So I went to look and there it was.

I wonder if they know where I put my Stanley knife?

That is good isn't it LD
I ordered an ethernet cable from Amazon on Friday evening and to my surprise it was delivered on Saturday lunch time.
I guessed they must have had a bigger delivery in the area

I know some people get problems with deliveries but I do think they have improved over all.

Amazon is great for service I ordered something Monday morning it arrived 6pm same day !

Their customer service is great too, recently had a problem with a kindle book and they rang me back and stayed on the line until we had sorted out the problem with the diwn load. Very nice chap he was.

What we expect and what we get are two different things.

And it never does any harm saying thank you and pointing it out.

Hi

I absolutely refuse to use Amazon.

They are appalling employers, kings of Zero Hours Contracts and massive Tax evaders.

Re: How's that for service.

I have said before that Amazon are excellent for both price and delivery.

My wife ordered a Michelin guide a couple of weeks ago from an Amazon Marketplace seller. It was to be delivered by Royal Snail. It never arrived.

On the other hand, Amazon acted quickly and provided a refund.

Whenever we have bought from Amazon, we have always been pleased, or even surprised to have received the items quickly, although these have usually been delivered by Amazon's own couriers.

I'd suggest that Marketplace companies choose their delivery companies more wisely.

I think amazon are very good . When a parcel wasn't delivered I contacted them and a refund was given immediately . Their customer service is excellent
