Morning all.Supposed to be helping shift stuff back into the hut that had roof replaced on the allotment. Currently stored everywhere else, and we reopen our shop for business in a few weeks but it's crammed to the brim. However, when the council contractors replaced the roof, they put nails right through the felt, so precipitation is seeping through. And typically someone should have been on site yesterday to inspect it, but failed to turn up.
So I don't know how much is going to be moved today. My back still isn't right and there is no way I'm moving heavy items. Might just take the cheque book down for giving out reimbursements and leave them to it. Show my face.

buenas dias all. Sunny, blue sky but a bitterly cold strong wind this morning. Mr Clumsy was delivered to the hospital at 7 a.m. yesterday, I was able to follow his progress via the hospital update system, which is so easy. Text to the special number, just put "Info" and the code given when checking in and in seconds you know what´s happening, what stage things are at and when all finished, what room number the patient is in. All went well, Mr Clumsy was first in for the op and by lunchtime he was out of the recovery room and in his own room. He was bright and chirpy, no doubt the pain killer drip helped, so I will see how he´s doing this afternoon, other friends have gone this morning, no doubt they´ll update me later.Have a nice day all.
