Shampoo for greasy or oily hair.

What's happened to it? It seems to have disappeared from the shelves. Has anyone else noticed this?

So has stuff for curly hair unless you pay a fortune for it.
All the regular brands don't do it anymore.

Timotei do one that's good for oily hair ...

My hair's always been like wire wool so I like coconuty ones.

Re: Shampoo for greasy or oily hair.

I wonder what's going on, has the bottom fallen out of the shampoo market or are they driving the prices up somehow.

I noticed four pound odd for Timotei, I looked at the price for a bit to fully take it in. You know how your sometimes dumb struck with shock.

I did notice that the shampoo isle had shrunk to about a third of what it was when I last looked a couple of years ago.

I usually buy by the case online, Revlon is may favourite but greasy has been stopped there, too. The normal is making my hair too soft.

Greasy hair has been the bane of my existence.

I'm cracking open the Fairy Liquid tomorrow, desperate times call for desperate measures.

Ahh, the penny's just dropped, it's Brexit, innit ...

Well I hope they haven't stopped it! But saying that, because my hair is short, fine and thin, I currently use baby shampoo.

I have greasy hair. I use soap. (Cheaper than shampoo.)

Small amount of washing up liquid gets it squeaky clean or at least it used to. I'll have a bash tomorrow.

My first wife always buys Dove soap. I think it might be quite mild.

Re: Shampoo for greasy or oily hair.

Shampoos for oily hair were probably too harsh and by stripping the hair of its natural oil would encourage the production of oil .

Re: Shampoo for greasy or oily hair.

I use a gorgeous shampoo, no chemicals or anything harmful, just lovely Aloe, lavender and rosemary plus a few more things.
I used this for a few years now and it makes my hair very soft and shiny.
