A leopard

Does not change it`s spots. Some may have noted that a close friend of mine got involved with a man. Oh he could be charming---but----he drank. And when he drank he became nasty.

Thank goodness my friend had the sense to put her phone on record. It`s all there-the abuse,the threats to my friend and me(not that I was there)and then the assault.

He is now convicted and has a banning order.

Us men can be nasty bastards-I`m sorry, I will reform,they don`t.

Thanks for looking even if you could not find a reply. I have just phoned my friend and she was with a police officer taking more statements after` he` kept ringing her. Most of us like the odd drink but alcoholism+pathological jealousy is a recipe for disaster. How many times have we heard-He is so sorry,he promised he would reform?-sadly very few do.
