Rarely. Whenever I was shortlisted for interview for a job, it quickly became apparent that the "shortlist" was purely cosmetic - only there to disguise the fact that the decision had already been made. I don't actually have a problem with head-hunting, I just wish people were honest about it.

I wonder, just how much time and effort has been wasted, attending bogus interviews, the most one sided interface a being can enter in to.

Being just under 5 foot 2 inches I'm often on the short list, not as badly as my nan was though as she was only 4 foot 6 inches

No but I do write long lists and lose them

No, never been clever enough to apply for jobs that use short lists.

As long as I’m not on the devils shortlist Spitty I won’t be worrying, I can’t stand being too hot.

I used to have a short lisp when I was a kid, if thats what you call it, I couldn’t say wabbits or waspberries pwoperly, but It was slagged out of me at school, nothing like your peers for putting you right, bless them all.
