Avalanche in Italy

An avalanche triggered by an earthquake in Italy has buried a hotel in Italy .
Many people are feared dead

Oh no! That's awful news. Off to have a read...

What a thing to happen, not long after the other earthquake! Photos show the extent of the snow and the harrowing rescue attempts. My thoughts are with them all.

Dreadful, what an awful thing to happen. Over 30 people dead, according to the report I have read. Very sad news indeed.

I watched the news of people, including children, being rescued from an Italian hotel, buried by an avalanche.
It brought tears to me eyes to see them lifting a little girl to safety. How wonderful to get good news from such a disaster.

Amongst all the doom and gloom, it was the best sight l have seen on television lately.
What they must have gone through leading up to their rescue, I hate to think.

A remarkable rescue considering the terrain rescue workers had to fight through to get there.
