Sometimes I glance at the tv/film credits and often pick out some genuine funny names.

I have recently seen:

Dick Twytcher (24 series)

Dr. Garry slapper ( can't remember what that was on)

Not a personal name, but a job.
Seeing 'Foley artist' in the credits made me smile a little.
Yes, I know what a Foley artist does, but I also know about Foley catheters, and relating the two tickled my childish sense of humour.

Yes, just ignore me. I'm weird.

Seriously, though, I think the job of a Foley artist would be very interesting.

My cousin is a film producer and has worked on soaps, films and many Northern dramas, he has an unusual name but I won't post it here...
