Are You Old Fashioned Or Quite Progressive About Things?

I have to say, in some things l am very old fashioned but in other things l am quite progressive!
I hate hearing a woman swear and wince if l hear one swear!
Yet if my children asked me if their friend of the opposite sex could stay the night in their bedroom, l wouldn't bat an eyelid!
What about you? Old fashioned or progressive about things?

In my trade its impossible to age gracefully or even age mentally.

I've moved with the times in many many ways.

Also I have quite kept the high standards my parent's insisted upon when it comes to good old manners and respect (where earned)

So Tipin, would you allow your children's friends from the opposite sex to stay in their bedroom for the night?
Some men that l know, are absolutely adamant that they would never allow this!

I dont think im old fashioned ,if my sons wanted their girlfriends (if they had one)to sleep over then Im fine with that,its normal and healthy...My eldest son although hes 32 now he still has the mindset of a 17yrold so we have lots of chats and talks about anything and everything...I think youve got to move with the times or stagnate...
