Getting words mixed up

My lovely boss occasionally gets her words mixed up she rang me yesterday to say she had left me a card and a panty pad cake behind the cleaning cupboard. Panty pad cake I mused I wonder what that is. Got to work after saying happy Christmas and passing out my cards and pressies to the staff I remembered I had to look behind the cleaning cupboard. Have to say it was with slight trepidation I wasn't sure I wanted to see but was relieved to see a panettone cake with my Christmas card not anything todo with panty pads
