Drama

Was looking through the to schedules a week or so ago and found drama station, all repeats but some great older programmes I had forgotten about. Really enjoying one with Pauline Quirk and Warren Clarke on a small holding they are trying to start up.

What's your favourite channel ? Any recommendations for good programmes.

Only got free sat not any of the pay stations.

Yesterday 19 and True Ent 61 have some programmes we like. Yesterday is showing Open All Hours repeats which I did not watch when first shown so a real treat. The Avengers with Steed and Emma Peel on True Ent.

I think Pauline Quirk is quite a talented actress.

Yes that's the one. Makes me wonder why we can't have more like that these days, I bought the box set of the Beiderbecke trilogy last year, absolutely brilliant. We just don't get that quality any more.

I'm on freesat too Julie. There are quite a few channels that do programmes from the 'old days'.

Talking pictures on 306 do a lot of the old films, even back to the 50s

Julie I have Amazon Prime, Netflix and Sky.... and still on occasions I can't find anything interesting to watch....

I watch a few of the series on Fox TV for instance Game of Thrones and Walking Dead.

But my taste in TV probably won't suit everyone
