Bottomless cups

I went out for lunch yesterday, after ordering the food, I ordered the beverages. I ordered Tea (yes Tea tara not wine),
I was asked if I wanted a bottomless cup. Myself, being quick thinking (only at times), said "what is the point, it will go straight though".

Do you have bottomless cups?

Lol I struggle through a mug of tea or coffee if I'm out I'm not sure I could manage more than the one. And not many loos around these days either, not sure it's a good combination a bottomless cup and no loo afterwards.

In one pub we go to eat at, if you have a coke you get free fill ups all the time you are there for one payment.
A supermarket used to do that with coffee & tea, you paid for one & could have as many as you liked after, but people were abusing the privilege & they stopped it.

My Waitrose store offers free hot coffee to any customer with a loyalty card. It is very welcome when you have spent some time at their chiller section and your hands are frozen.

I stopped popping into waitrose because of that facility the people wandering around with hot coffee nearly spilling it over others was too dangerous. Sainsburys tesco may be more basic but at least no one is treatening to burn anyone with a hot drink

At ours nearly everybody get's theirs and drinks it after they have done their shopping..... although the car park doesn't empty as fast when people are grabbing 10 mins for themselves to drink it in their car.

That's sounds better, ours is situated as you walk in, if you want one after you shop you would need to re enter the store.

Well you may have seen that I started a thread about hand driers and I also made comment about loos. What am I like?

Well that is because posh people shop at Waitrose.
I have only had free chocolates at Tesco - it's not fair!
