Dont businesses want custom ?

Had a very odd conversation with a company a few minutes ago. Our washing machine has died i looked on line for repairs but its easier and almost cheaper to buy a new one. Ordered it and they rang to ask why i buy so much ? ?

Ive had a tumble drier, fridge and a freezer from the company in the last 12 months apparently thats unusual and they were puzzled.

Is it me or is that an odd attitude ?

I go back to the one company because they are pretty good but im seriously wondering if ill do so again.

Maybe they're suggesting you may benefit from a repair?

Your washing machine may just have a blocked pump.

I don't understand them ringing to ask you, though.

No its programmer again its been repaired three times comes a time i give up with repairs.

Attracting odd behaviour has been my lifes work tpin. I cant get a bus without some odd person wanting to tell me their life story, if im in town its the strange person who always tags along with me for a chat i must have the aura says come and bother me

Have other people had problems when ordering goods on line from Argos? When my order came on Saturday the bag had been split open and an item was missing. I took the courier's advice and sent everything back. The fun I am having trying to get sense out of the firm! I am e-mailing them as I refuse point blank to pay 60p a minute to phone them, that is daylight robbery! Once this mess is sorted out I will definitely not have dealings with them in future.
