i hate 'shop refunds'
Today I thought I'd buy a new TV for my mum.
As she is almost totally bed bound and the TV is quite a distance from her bed I decided to go for a 50" Bang and Olufsen Beo.
Got it home and noticed the tape on the box was different along the bottom edge.
Took the TV out and it was a different TV than I'd bought so I returned to the shop.
Unfortunately they didn't have a replacement so I asked for a refund....3-5 days it'll take.
Grrr
So now I've paid for two TV's and only have one.
If they can debit your card within seconds I expect them to refund it immediately.... why is this unacceptable practice allowed?
