Morning all.

Certainly is chillier! Glad they warned us last night to get the heating on, so I switched on the big rad in the lounge. Already have the small one in hallway on, as a low heat, but by evening it's all gone. It doesn't have a temp input/output control like the others. Refuse to ever have the bedroom one on, preferring the one in lounge only. There is one behind the door but never used. Storage rads are expensive to run.

Orf out to look for gardening tools to buy, with neighbour. Friend hasn't sorted out her spare ones yet, but we do need some gear soon. Fork, rake, hoe, watering can (for the onions and beans/peas planted so far), without having to keep borrowing. Also a better wheelbarrow.

Good morning world from a very frosty Kent. The leaves were very crunchy under foot at six thirty this morning. A sign of the approaching winter I fear.
