Christmas stamps

This year's Christmas stamps have been revealed - the theme is the Wallace & Gromit characters.

They look very colourful and jolly, what are your views on them?

Re: Christmas stamps

To be honest, I've never got the Christmas stamp thing.

It's a stamp on an envelope I'll never see again.

If I'm even more 'old gittish'. it's a stamp on an envelope I never really wanted to send (if we're talking Christmas cards).

Sorry, I know I'm 'bah humbug' but the ephemeral pleasure of a Christmas stamp just passes me by.

Re: Christmas stamps

I like Wallace anf Gromit, but as Christmas stamps, I don't think so? Having said that I just buy books of ordinary blue 2nd class stamps to stick on my Christmas cards.

Re: Christmas stamps

I detest Wallace and Gromit but I do like those stamps!! They are very colourful and cheery! I don't bother with Xmas stamps but I do like them!

Many thanks for sharing, Mags

Take care.

Re: Christmas stamps

I like Wallace and Grommit and don't have a problem with them being on Christmas Stamps, they will be cheery and wont offend those we mustn't offend, who aren't offended anyway.

I don't send a lot of cards and still have loads of stamps left from last Christmas (just the plain old normal ones)

Re: Christmas stamps

Nice stamps! But if I'm honest a stamp is just a stamp to me - soon as it's been stuck on it's forgotten about

Same here. I couldn't even tell you how much they are individually these days, I always buy books of them.
