Do You Adhere To The Five Second Rule?

This is the time you are allowed to safely eat food, or use cutlery after it drops on the floor!
So, do you eat food that drops on the floor within this time, or chuck it away?!!

The five second rule was always a joke surely, you really wouldn't eat anything dropped on a dirty surface would you, regardless of how little time had elapsed.

Barry, My friend's daughter was a Microbiologist and she deliberately threw food for her children on the floor! She said, it was the only way to build up their resistance to bacteria!
