Rabbit can be a bit tough so usualy needs long cooking and wild rabbit does not taste like chicken it tastes like rabbit!!

Pheasant-again it can be tough if old or badly hung-and the shot are not so hard to spot if you know what to look for.

Fish with bones/cartilage?-I have never seen to appeal for skate wings

And badly cooked snails are truly vile. I once posted about snails on a food site and the `Michelin` moment

Some thought I was refering to a restaurant guide-others finally grasped my sense of humour and were reminded of rubber tyres flavoured with burnt garlic

I can't stand any cooked vegetables except potatoes. As a child was always left at the dinner table until I ate my cabbage but never did.

I was put off rabbit for life when my Dad ran one over on the drive when I was a kid, and brought it in for the pot.

Not much I dislike, but I don't like beetroot or cucumber very much.

but I don't like beetroot

If you can grow your own or know a friendly gardener, try it baked with horseradish(home grown) sauce.

Move over `posh` restaurants-this is perfection
