Things you dislike?

I am a pretty strange person I guess, as I often dislike things other people like. Some of my dislikes are almost to the point of phobia like rain and the weather forecast!

Among my other dislikes are:-

Holidays
Music
Concerts
Cinema
Theatre
Days out
Rats/mice (yet I don't mind hamster or gerbils!)
Gardening (although I have to help out sometimes)
Ironing
Sport
Maths (I suffer from dyscalculia which is like dyslexia only with numbers)
Having my BP taken
Taking medication (I take statins for a very high cholesterol level, but probably not a high enough dose!)


I could go on but that would be boring!

One thing I have disliked since childhood is milk .....yuk!

I do have soya milk now though

I am content as long as I am allowed to be just me.

I am forced to take a holiday once a year as I need a break away from my husband and son who are disabled. I go back home to the island of my birth because it is familiar, I dislike the unfamiliar.

Now I am not scared of wasps. In the 80s I dispatched a huge wasp's nest in the garden with the hose. I sustained goodness knows how many stings. Next day they were waiting for me again and I received ten more! Still it didn't put me off getting rid of a nest last year using similar tactics and only sustained one sting that time!

I do not like tripe or whelks but I guess others do

I had forgotten about tripe! My grandmother used to make us eat it, it is MEGA disgusting!
