I love those type of paintings. They seem to sum up life better than any photo or serious painting. I would certainly have that on my wall, particularly if it's where I lived. I do have a similar painting on the wall already.

There are a few of his paintings that show happy drunks leaving pubs.

I think he's got it(life in a town)perfect

I can spend hours looking at all the different characters.
No matter how many times I do there's always a new one to be found.

Yes i also like this kind of folk art, we have pitman and shipbuilder artists p here. And they have captured life that no longer exists.
