Just love everything about it, even being at the airport. I always aim for a window seat so I can enjoy the scenery (clouds and weather permitting).Enjoy the in flight entertainment, the wonder of what the meal will be.
Don't like landing because it means the flight is over.
However...I have to confess to becoming tired and restless when on my way home from NZ-Singapore...because the last flight just went on and on and on, and I couldn't sleep. Can never understand travellers who don't book a stopover, to and from Australia and NZ, because they really are necessary.
Don't like being on a full and crowded aircraft.

Late husband's father wanted to be a Pilot in WW2 but was turned down because of a sinus problem.
Late husband had no problems before we went on this holiday.
He'd lived in Beirut for a few years as a child/teenager ... no probs then.
We didn't dare try flying again
