Both these people talk about being happy and the pursuit of wealth and greed .

Yet this is what we are told all the time to strive to attain stuff which as Jose says is paid for by the time in life taken to paying for them .

We all have too much stuff I wonder if this is an age thing that as one gets older we feel the need to simplify life ?

Yes Muddy, she is inspirational and l loved her reasoning and calmness but in this big bad, greedy world, she is on a hiding to nothing!
As she said, greed is one of the reasons things are the way they are. Greed is so deeply ingrained in some, especially those that rule, that it would be hard to change things.

Jane Goodhall´s work with Chimpanzees is outstanding. I have virtually every one of her books. I first heard of her many years ago and became interested in her work. A truly remarkable woman.

There are so many people I admire.

Collectively, I admire The Men of The RNLI and Firemen who daily risk life and limb to save peoples lives.

Also Surgeons, Doctors . and Nurses. and The Police,who work tirelessly to solve murders.

And, especially parents. Many who make sacrifices to educate their children and bring them up to be decent citizens.

All Unsung Heroes.
