Good luck

.......... to our Paralympians in Rio.
In 2012, London, they achieved 34 Gold, 43 Silver and 43 Bronze. Let's hope that they can do us all proud this time around. They deserve every accolade possible.

It was nice to see the stands almost full for the opening ceremony. Come you guys and gals. I'm sure our amazing paralympians will do us proud again.

Re: Good luck

What an incredible few days it's been. It's impossible to describe the pride I feel these Paralympians. As for picking out any one superb event out of so many..impossible! Still so many days to go too. Absolutely inspiring! More than a few tears too..and that's just from me.

Re: Good luck

Our Paralympians have exceeded expectations and performed like the heroes that they are. They achieved 64 Gold, 39 Silver and 44 Bronze medals, giving a grand total of 147.
An incredible performance and one that we should all be proud of. Forget the overpaid poncy footballers, these people deserve every recognition bestowed upon them.
Also, they finished runners up to China, beating the likes of the USA etc.
It just shows that if the lotto money is spent in THIS country, to a very worthy cause, great things can happen.
Good luck to each and every one of them.
