George & Charlotte

I Have read that their parents are taking them with them when they go to Canada in the near future.
I am just wondering why ?
I know parents don"t like to leave their children.
Just won"t it be a lot for the children to cope with, especially Charlotte ?

I think they will be fine better than being left behind.

Re: George & Charlotte

Who are George and Charlotte, and why should anyone be in the slightest bit interested in what their parents do? Am I missing something important here? Seriously I have no idea what this is about, but then I don't know 99% of people who are well known these days who just seem to be celebs because they happen to have given birth, a miracle no less, had parts of their anatomy surgically adjusted, or because they have no talent beyond talking small bovine testicles.

Re: George & Charlotte

I had no idea either, graculus.
So I Googled "George and Charlotte Canada".
Lo and behold - Kate and Willy's sprogs.

IF they were passing my front door, I might go out on the deck to take a peek.
But I certainly wouldn't walk to the end of the street.
Interest factor - 1 out of 10.

And, believe it or not, I'm reputed amongst family and friends as something of an "Anglophile".

None of which is to say there is anything remotely wrong with the thread.
For those who have an interest .... go for it !

Just can't wait to see what the regal rascals wear (not).

What exactly have they got to cope with?
They not going to travel in an open boat.

Re: George & Charlotte

I don't see a problem taking them. They have nannies and bodyguards and the attention of their parents whenever they're free. They can't win - if they left them behind they would probably be slated in the press anyway. Why would it be a lot for Charoette to cope with? She won't be attending any official speeches or banquets will she? Neither will George. I can't see their lives being much different while over there than it is in the UK.

Re: George & Charlotte

Are there not rules against the 'heir apparent' and his off spring travelling
together? Maybe that only applies to Charles and William or maybe I am just out of date !!

Either way - I don't find it particularly news worthy.
