I Don't Like....

I don't like plums ....but love them stewed with custard.
I don't like yogurt... but l don't mind it in curry.

What don't you like in its normal state but can tolerate it in another way?

I don't like fresh tomatoes but love tinned ones.

Tony hates fresh milk but loves evaporated milk..

Tinned salmon for me.. beats the fresh stuff by a mile !

I dont like mushrooms but can eat them if theyre well chopped up and disguised in other food

I have to agree that tinned red salmon does have more flavour that the fresh stuff and I have considered the possible reasons.
It could be because much of our fresh salmon is farmed and, even if the tinned salmon is, the seasoning when cooking probably adds to the flavour. If it isn't farmed, then I think that could be the answer.

Tomatoes...but love soup, ketchup or cooked.

I'm the same with mushrooms, but enjoy a soup.

Like fresh tomatoes but not cooked and I hate ketchup ..
