The string of gorgeous weather is ending, cloudy, cooler (24 C (76 F)) and quite humid, thanks to Hurricane Earl off the coast. Doing a lot of damage to the beaches, but no real effects here inland. A no errand day, no news to report.Have a great day, everyone; thanks for all the funny GIFs.

Afternoon all,lovely here in Suffolk today. Ah yes, hurricane Earle is apparentley making its way up to Canada, and flights into Toronto will more than likely be disrupted according to the Canadian news

Have been following the news on Hurricane Earle-hope your flight is ok Geordiegirl and glad its not affecting you Dandysmom, wouldn't want it to affect anyone really.Had a real lazy day today.......walking morning and afternoon, sat in garden reading local papers and then went for chippy tea....couldn't get any lazier than that!
