I love to hear the sound of thunder, I really, really do .
Sounds like the Gods are sending us a message. Can see why the Native Americans [1st Nation ]set such store by it.
Lightening, not so keen . Bit scary, but again can see why the Native Americans thought it was some kind of message.
May I be pedantic?
Lightening is to shed an objects weight.
Lightning is, well you know.
Have you got a book out.? I would buy it tomorrow, well maybe not tomorrow as I have to go to MIL but the day after definitely, oh hang on its Bank Holiday, ok Tuesday it is
I love a good storm both the thunder and the lightning. When I was growing up in the Peak District we seemed to get more frequent and violent storms than we do now.
My Aunt used to draw the curtains, cover the mirrors and hide in the cupboard under the stairs in terror every time there was a storm .
