A great day out

I treated a friend of mine to a spa day for her birthday. She turned up on time( a first in over 3 years) and despite living with chronic pain I was really proud of her(is proud the correct term?) She went in the swimming pool,had a decent session in the gym(a big thank you to the member of staff who supervised it)and after a couple of massages looked more healthy than I have seen her in a very long time.

I think a spa day is a fabulous treat, so glad she enjoyed it. What a lovely friend you are OG.
