US swimmer, Lochte apologises over false robbery claims.

In an interview he apologised to Brazil and the people of Rio for his false robbery claims.

In fact Lochte and other team mates were escorted out of toilets they'd vandalised.

In the interview he said he hadn't lied, he'd exaggerated the truth.

Well, let's see.....escorted from a toilet by armed guards is almost the same as being robbed at gunpoint by thugs....isn't it?

No wonder Speedo have dropped this Nuttjob.

Stupid boy, should have been arrested and locked up, lucky the police did not react violently.

I don't think he's or they are sorry at all, unless being sorry they were caught counts.

I am relieved that there were no Brits. involved with such disgusting behaviour. They have effectively let down the American team. I expect none of them will be included in future overseas competitions. Maybe they will grow up in a few years time. By that time of course, they will be too old to be in the American athletics team !
