If I have done something wrong, then I always say sorry, but I know a few people who wouldn't dare say sorry.

If I feel I've upset someone then, yes, I say sorry. I'm not one to say it at every turn, it's not always my fault!
My OH, however, never says sorry to me, for anything! Says it to others, though..

Why do a lot of men seem to find it harder to say than ladies do? Is it stubbornness, is it they don't like admitting defeat?
Is that a fair comment even?
