Good morning everyone, a fine looking start here with a clear sky and the sun just breaking the horizon, looks like being a nice one.

After a lovely but very busy day with the family here yesterday we were quite shattered after clearing everything away, so we have a quiet day planned with just a gentle walk with the dogs this morning and leftovers for lunch, splendid...

Only joking, Mups. Nice garden.

Not sure what I'll be doing, apart from I suppose, contacting Boots opticians to enquire if my spare glasses are in. Should have got a call from them Saturday.

I'll be going through my packing list, seeing what else can go in the case now. Need to pop down to the retail park to get some more pots of mini milks in Poundworld. I always take a flask out with me and it'll give me at least 2 cups of coffee.

GP appointment tomorrow morning (changed from next week). I can go off to Morrisons afterwards and pick up snacks and things for the journey down.

Just wish the weather forecast was looking better. All that money and air displays could be cancelled!

Good morning fellow members going to be a lovely day here.

Not a lot planned other than more tidying up in the garden. It is looking very bare having cut so many things back but they will all grow again very quickly providing greenery through the autumn and winter.

Morning folks, yesterday wandered into the city to watch the Olympics. Today looks to be a better day so im off out but undecided as to final destination.

Good morning everypeeps. It's a lovely day down here in the Garden Of England. We are off to Sissinghurst Castle today. It's a joy to visit in August, so much to see. I always come home feeling inspired after these trips to National Trust gardens but then I look at my own garden and think...Nah, put the kettle on mate.

buenas dias all. Your garden corner is very pretty Mups. No weather change here, hot and sunny. We had unexpected guests for dinner last night, it wasn´t a problem, just a quick change of menu. No particular plans today as it´s a red day, national holiday, blue days are local area holidays, it´s always a holiday somewhere. Have a nice day all.
