Give this a try ......


1. While sitting, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.

2. Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand. - Your foot will change direction!!

Encircle your RIGHT foot ANTI-clockwise, then while doing this try to draw the figure 6 in the air with your RIGHT hand.


How is that now?

Tummy rub head pat is easy just count to four on the rub and come in with the head on the second and fourth beat.

One does not have to be brilliant just rub and pat in time. Size may not matter but timing does

I think the Paramedics are probably on their way to me now ....... (but in my case with a straight-jacket)!!!

It is DEFINITELY encircle right foot CLOCKWISE and then try drawing the figure 6 in the air with your right hand.
