Unlawful is doing things against the regulations, ie, overstaying a lease on your home.
It is against the regulations of the conditions of the lease but not against the state.

Illegal is breaking the laws of the state.

Antibrown, did not realise the actual differences between the two. (I personally thought they were probably the same, but just a different use of word). So appreciate the understanding of both.

They are-but lawyers and solicitors get rich debating these things. Philosophers also contemplate these matters-they are easy to spot they drive second hand bangers whereas those in the legal proffesion drive Rolls,Bentleys and Beamers.
