Would you sue ?

I'm a bit of a judge July fan but it amazes me how many people sue their children or their parents.

Over the years we've dealt with debts parents left us and lent money to kids who took an age to pay back but never occured to us to take it to court, kept it within the family.

Just wondered would you sue or keep it within family ?

Personally I wouldn't sue anyone in my family whatever they did. I think someone has to take the higher ground.

No i'd never sue or take anyone to court in my family,I love them all too much to be doing something as ridiculous.

I wouldn't sue a family member, but would there be any point anyway if they didn't have the money to pay back?

I always think that myself judge Judy cases are paid by the station though so I guess that is why it happens so much on there.

Not really, I love them too much to worry about a few bob here and there.
