Isn't it Ironic !?

I was listening to Radio 4 the other day. A politician said:

"I think it is very wrong for anyone to make a blanket statement about anything!"

I still smile when I think of it !

A politician here in the 60's campaigning for re-election ( forget his name, so does everyone else). "Young people today are afraid of work, in my day if you did not work you got no dole, I worked all my life...I never stopped working...I worked when there was no work."
