Should I go ?

Every few months new vision homes, our land lords after the council sold us out, ask us to go on a walk around the communal areas to see how we feel about repairs etc. We have one coming up next week, now should I attend ? I ask myself, I've been on about twenty occasions previously chatted for hours about repairs and planting etc of all the ideas put forward I can only remember one being taken notice of and even that eventually never happened. So do I waste my time again or watch the right stuff on tv ? Decisions decisions

If you don't go you'll never know if they don't do the repairs you would have agreed to

Go. Keep at them. When something irks me I'm like a dog with a bone. I'm still contacting our HA about the emergency lighting fault.

You have to go, just to prove how many other residents couldn't be bothered.

I would go Julie, record The Wright Stuff, only the papers bit is worth watching these days.

You must go, and if necessary give them some stick.

Waste of time if they take no notice. Unless I enjoyed it, I wouldn't go.

Go and make sure you address the fact that they have done little from past walks and ask them why this is so, make sure all can here the question and the response.
