Sleep - Heavy or Light?

Are you a heavy Sleeper (to the point of being almost unconcious)!!

Or a very light Sleeper - (both eyes open and alert to the merest sound or movement)!!

I used to be a heavy sleeper - could sleep thro a bomb going off! But now I am a light sleeper, slight noises wake me up. It's driving me mad cos I love my sleep!

Re: Sleep - Heavy or Light?

Four hours a day and sleep like a log. If I sleep longer I get headaches unless we have had a long session through the night. I might sleep 7hrs then.
