Calves like coconuts!
I've been in Ilfracombe now for four days and my calf muscles are being slowly but surely reshaped into the way they were in my long distance cycling days..the same circumference as my waist! I'd forgotten just how hilly the town is. Well it has been 50 plus years since my last visit here.
no coconut muscles here though

I bet you look quite sexy Ez!My Father-in-Law used to cycle everywhere when he was a teenager with his brother, they used to cycle from Stokenewington, London all the way to Devon without stopping, then went into a Guest House for the night and cycled all the way home again the next day. He was still cycling at the age of 90.
