Hope I'm as fit as him when I reach 80!

Baz Owen, 80, has just returned from the World Masters Swimming Championships in Sweden with three gold medals.

Baz collected his golden haul after seeing off competitors of a similar age.

Roger Pinney went to meet him in Bangor for one of his regular training sessions
