Meal ticket for life

I see that that ghastly old geriatric rocker Mick Jagger is having his eighth child with his 29 year old girlfriend .
Well it certainly beats working for a living I supose although old Mick is notoriously tight with his dosh .
However a child will ensure that for a few years putting up with old age fumblings will ensure a work free future .
Yes the old geezer will presumably get some satisfaction too .
A reasonable bargain but
For goodness sake there is a world of unwanted children out there without bringing yet another boring Jagger offspring to trade off his name into the world !!

Makes the mind boggle ..
By the time the kid's 10 he'll be looking at Jagger and asking who he is? His great-grandad?
But by then Jagger might have dementia and be wondering who the kid is.

Well we don't really know the cirumstances do we. For all we know, it maybe it was 'a mistake' even, but they didn't want a termination.

Any case, it won't hurt me or my life and it's up to them really, there are a lot worse things happen for us to worry about than whether MJ is still making babies.

BTW, an old farmer friend of mine made his first child - and only one - at 74. His wife was on the menopause. That child was doted on because he knew he never have another.

Who cares ? At least the child will be loved and cared for like all of Jagger's other offspring, not neglected and abused like some of the poor little mites we hear about....

I don't have a problem with this. He's hugely rich so can support any number of offspring and presumably the child will have as much love and attention as most children without a celebrity father.

Re: Meal ticket for life

As long as the kid gets a reduced version of his/her dad's lips, it will be ok!
