Paradox

Wimbledon is the only sport I watch, and by the end of it each year I'm definitely less fit than I was at the start after all that inactivity.

Sitting on my backside for long periods watching the matches therefore means that sport is not always a good thing and actually can be bad for your health...

Discuss.

I think exercise every day is good even if it's a 30 minute walk.

I'm doing exactly the same as you complete with strawberries and double cream so I have to agree.

I don't watch much nowadays.
Not since they raised the cameras and the ladies stopped wearing frilly knickers.

Strawberries and double cream? Save some for me! At least now that apparently fat is good for you the double cream is healthy.
