I am an innie, just so pleased that I can still see my navel at my age.

The big question is however this.

Why is the fluff in your belly button always blue?

Probably because it's a nautical thing. Nelson used to do a lot of naval gazing and historically, Portsmouth was the place to go. Rats were also very accomplished when it come to all things naval.
