getting involved

I've never taken much interest in politics but always voted , then felt let down by the government I helped to elect . I voted us out of the EU and am glad I did . Now I want to become more involved , yet I don't know which party . I went to a meeting with a politician from the green party and liked their agenda so will think on that one and maybe attend another .

What are your thoughts , who would you get more involved with ?

Im hoping your answers can direct me

Re: getting involved

If labour sticks with Corbyn I will join them again, they have to ditch the blairites though.
Greens I like their way of doing things, how they elect their leaders etc and they have some great housing ideas so they would be my second choice.

You pay your money, you take the decision. I prefer to support Amnesty International.

Unless the Labour Party finds itself a dynamic new leader soon there will be no Labour Party.

Re: getting involved

I won't vote Conservative, and I went off Labour several years ago, even when they had some semblance of organisation. Now they're a shambles

I transferred my support to UKIP; I'm just wondering and hoping that something similar will continue
