Anyone.... Ever Been To Yoga?!

I went to my first ever Yoga class today and now know what it's like to be a contortionist!
I admit it did make me feel a bit sickish but l really enjoyed it! I stretched my body to limits l didn't know were possible!
Have you ever done Yoga? Did you enjoy it? Or would you like to try it?

Far too slow for me, give me the real exercises any day

I'm not a very spiritual person I'm afraid - couldn't imagine getting into ohhhhhmmmmmming and all that stuff.
Tried Thai Chi too. Same for that, too slow and controlled

Used to do Yoga for years and years, do other things now, Pilates, swimming etc.
Stretching is good!
The main thing is to keep moving and keep supple...

This is true! ruthio....once you stiffen up, all is lost!!
