A Siesta.

I never have a nap during the day, but today I could feel I was in need, so I finished some jobs off and succumbed to a little lay down and 10 mins shut eye.
This was at about 1.30 pm - I woke up at 4.30!!

Do you ever nap during the day?

No, tried it years ago, managed to doze but came round thinking I'd just done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson.

Some people can 'power nap' and I envy them because I can't.
I wake up half asleep and stagger around for ages before the brain kicks in.

They were very good, and they slept too, probably because I had taken them out for a run first..
